Hey Tim, Northern Ohio has a very low average home price compared to markets in other states, especially in Florida.

The time it takes compared to easy money of just sending a letter does not warrant it when there are so many that will pay upon receipt of the letter.  

The other quotes are significantly higher compared to this one, despite the coverages and options being similar, and unsure if we try to move forward with those policies they say the same thing. 

At best these folks lack good judgement which to me makes them a bad tenant.Remember, a vacancy is a blessing compared to a bad tenant.

Your numbers may not seem to make sense from a cashflow position, but you will be getting into a multifamily property with very little cash (comparatively) and lowering your mortgage expenses compared to not house hacking.

Hi @Naveen kumar Vadlamudi in terms of house hacking compared to out of state investing.

We recommend you get management contracts from several PMCs and compare the services they cover and, more importantly, what they each DO NOT cover.

They will be a little more expensive that Conventional when compared apples to apples, but would probably be worth it.
