A deal breaker?

Current owner had informed me that his electrician wanted to run a new line to the circuit breaker to be up to code.

Since they have multiple branches and do a high volume of business (according to them), I'm sure the customer experience varies, however the $5k non-refundable down payment alone is a deal breaker for me.

Find out if you need to get it rezoned as that may be a deal breaker.

If it's circuits are intermingled with the main home, then you're either out of luck, or you'll hire an electrician to put them into a sub panel.
