So I facebook stalked her a bit and realized we went to the same church, I joined her bible class :) got to talk to her more, invited her to lunch.

The church member who bugs you with the way they sing, who asks more questions than the police and who invites himself to things he is not invited to.

Will do as soon as I get home from church.

But mostly once they roadblock it and shut down the conversation I move on.  

If it’s just the shut offs, you can have them installed your unit so you can shut it off yourself.

So far I've already had two of them rust completely shut in the year I've owned it.

Truth is, they'll find it's more work than they thought or it won't produce as much money or they'll squander the money renting a Ferrari or mom will kick them out of the basement and they'll have to move in with dad in another state or they'll have a code/law/rule violation that shuts them down and they'll just slink off to the next big idea and leave you holding the bag.I'm exaggerating (some) but you did ask for some cons.

They were supposed to be in before Christmas, but there vendor who builds and installs shut down 2 weeks for Christmas.

One time at one of his events they recommended attending a local church and finding people through the church community, which I thought was a great idea. 

I sold the house for a loss to the church next door, and they tore it down and made a parking lot.
