I just recently got an award for the biggest flip profit in Centeral Pennsylvania.for 2018.  

They keep announcing more partnerships with local schools, businesses, and buying more properties for technology development centers.  

@Brett Palmer I used to work in tech support at a call center for a home security company called Frontpoint.

There's a small pond on the land, but most of the 'wetland' is just due to elevation and it runs in a narrow band diagonally across the nearly square parcel, dipping the most in the center where the pond is, the rest is dry most of the time....just not build-able where zoned wet. 

A new Amazon shipping center backing up to your middle class residential neighborhood would probably hurt your value.

Because you initially ignored the statute that is at the center of the controversy... and I quote:"Next up, the other statute FL 475.43 is not relevant to wholesaling."... and now it is the basis for your position.  

I’m Also looking at bridesburg as another viable option as it’s another stable neighborhood with easy access to center city.With that all being said please PM me if you come across any good deals in either of those areas.

My city is one of the highest rental cash-flow major population centers in America.

Whats happening in the city is an Aldi just went up on the same block few houses down, across the street from that a very big shopping center is going up with a Sonics restaurant and more, what triggered this is a huge company came to town.
