It is in bold print and underlined and I make the tenants initial the lease right under that.It's really not a fire hazard at all unless there are no windows in the room with the door.

Instead of sending a letter, send a postcard and on the front of the postcard include a picture of the house you want to buy, and include, "I want to buy your house" in bold letters on the front over the picture.
