This lengthy sales cycle is very hard to stomach and discourages many from sticking it out.Last but not least, I have personally met many people who call themselves wholesalers but do not act or behave like a wholesaler or do the things successful wholesalers need to do.

No issue so far in the two years they've been there and we would continue to lease to folks with pets as long as the pets are well behaved and owner exerts control.If a tenant wants something more like a whole menagerie of pets....ugh...no.
