I'm accelerating anything that is adjustable, callable, bothers me or is even fixed and above 5%. 

We are considering selling everything and accelerating the portfolio expansion by simply renting and forgoing a principal residence, putting everything toward new deals.

With that said, reducing expenses, budgeting, and saving were not accelerating me toward my financial goals as I desired.

The accelerated tax sale is held prior to the end of the year for that year's tax delinquencies.

In many notes there is an acceleration clause stating that if the house is sold then the original note is accelerated.

Additionally, you'll want to consider what the savings per month means to you, and if those additional savings would help accelerate your investing elsewhere.
