New Member & Newbie: Greenacres/Boca Raton Florida!

Hello There!

I'm Eduardo from sunny south Florida! Live at Greenacres but work at Boca Raton. Found bigger pockets via the podcast and with my 35-55min commute have listened to 10+ shows so far. Very educational and inspiring.

Early this year my wife and I sold an apartment for a nice profit (we bought cash and lived in it for 1.5yrs) and it took me few months to realize... maybe we can repeat it (buy a broken house/apartment, fix it and sell it) but we should educate ourselves better after I failed miserable in the hype of 2005-07 Real Estate bubble and credit is no so good.

Our main goal is to have another fixer-upper by the end of the year and a rental property that gives positive cash flow. Once that goal is reached, adjust and improve so eventually can leave my day job, live off passive income from rentals while also flipping houses for extra money.

Signed up for Real Estate Classes to get realtor license and also signed up for a local bootcamp in RealEstate to accelerate my overall Real Estate Investing education. Looking forward to learn more and build great relationships. Cheers! J
