It's one thing to take photos of a famous place that gets used in a magazine...it's a totally different one for listings for a home (in our book).

I navigated to those two cards based on an article I read (can't remember which article) on an airplane magazine talking about what business cards are best.

Trada used to advertise a lot with Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine .... the editor of that magazine told me, they are out of business ..

Again, he did get the city on its feet after years of neglect from previous mayors, but if the guy ran on his real accomplishments instead of his 9/11 stump, he'd be more of a legitimate candidate to me and every other New Yorker I know.
