Be aware that in the past all LL products contained ortho pthalates plasticizers which were banned in 2010 from children's toys for their connection to Autism.

There was so much other stuff thrown on the ground (clothes, toys, etc) it went unnoticed.

I've been toying with alot of project management applications to find one that I feel can be integrated well with the processes I will be creating, what I found with Podio, that I haven't with others I have tried, it that there are already a few real estate "apps" (templates basically) that other users have created and uploaded for free use.  

I understand the temptation to play around with cool toys and technology.

Over the years I have developed a script I call my "getting to yes script".

I accept spayed/neutered cats and dogs, haven't had any major problems.I've owned indoor cats for years and I've yet to have one pee on the floor or destroy anything other than cat toys.

No need to rely on one persons fable of it.
