My thought is that I can take a chunk of my 401k/ or other investments to put in a down payment on the building.and the rent collected after expenses, etc, will yield a good enough income to supplement my remaining retirement accounts & SS.

I am thinking about doing 1 to 2 flips a year to supplement my income.

We want to invest in RE in america in the buy and hold market to help supplement our retirement and hopefully be able to do it sooner rather than later.

If the neighborhood supports purchases made in cash or with cash supplements, there may be no need to worry about this shortfall at all.

Hello BPI thought I would tap the wisdom of BP to get my question answered.If I want to invest in a syndication deal but don't have the total amount needed in my IRA can I supplement it with funds from savings?

So I am brand new to RE and looking for a supplemental income, then hopefully to quit my corporate job.

Any language used would be helpful.At the time of lease signing, do you have the parent sign a section on the actual lease, or a supplemental form?

I figure to have them paid off in 22 years.Flipping with others people's money is simply a short term strategy which will supplement my current income.
