If these folks had the wherewithal to acquire this in the first place they should be smart enough to understand they need the appropriate RE Agency to sell it for them..

One of the brothers was a tax attorney and was crazy smart at all the things they could do to defer taxes and make investments more beneficial.

Seek these out and you will make much more money with less hassles and aggravation.If you are trying to out smart the system, or if it is fast, easy money, you are probably considering a very bad investment opportunity riddled with many problems.

And just buying any property is not a smart investment.

I imagine Airbnb (the company) has their own wifi.Wifi router just takes the incoming internet signal from a modem (cable or otherwise) unless you have a combo unit.If you have a hardwired incoming internet cable then you can use almost any wifi device.
