When we acquired the first of these properties - which is a "duplex" with one 4 and one 5-bdrm unit, I spent months planning to transition it into two completely separate apartments - it would have cost us a bedroom, but would have greatly simplified the administration (number of leases, turnover, etc).

You can get leads from sites like Probates daily, but they are expensive and often they are actually obits not really probates.You only need 4 pieces of info:The name and address of the deceased and the executor/administrator.
