I'm very new to the real estate industry and have been doing my cohesive research on it for a month (I have been an entrepreneur for 7 years now).

Just my opinion, but people peddling advice on a podcast and in seminars have no clue about how the real industry works.

For years I have been meaning to get into commercial either multi units or even industrial i.e. warehouses. 

So I've poked around real estate investing, and I understand there are support services that might be useful for the real estate industry such as clean up services when old tenants move out.

This information has been backed by several asset companies and listing managers in the regional & local REO industry, and since I was a sales manager for Hud's preferred real estate listing broker for 3 years in Atlanta, I've also closed hundreds of Hud deals on the corporate side of the disposition business and I've put almost every acceptance that flowed through that company to this template test.

All of the new industry in Savannah is just beginning to ramp up hiring.

Oh yeah, also a LOVE of the real estate industry, and a burning desire to succeed.

From my conversations with others in the industry, I've noticed that skip tracing software, like the ones I mentioned, can be very useful.
