Also would consider buying in Henry County/Ola area, I grew up in HCo and my family lives down there and my dad would help on the reno.

Other areas like new center, Virginia park, and la salle gardens are good locations as well (I’ve seen investment in area around the Henry Ford hospital shaping up.)Hope that helps and good luck!

There's a large number of people moving to this area to get away from the busy Henry and Fayette counties which means there's a huge influx of new construction, but a severe lack of retail properties.
