Strategies for getting zoning doc revised to show legal 4?
In past I have done this successfully with a old water bill but now the zoning office is not accepting DOW as a form of legalization. There must have been a recent rule change. The building is a large 4 unit in Bronzeville that has 5 meters and the zoning doc showed legal 4 when my seller bought the building 12 years ago. PM me for address any help appreciated! Zoning is RM-5
