But, you can't determine quality by simply what they charge.....as there are plenty of terrible agents who also charge a lot.You'll need to determine what value they bring to you personally and do a cost benefit analysis of whether the cost is worth it to you or not.

Yeah at this point I don't think most really care what your preference is as you've lambasted your tenant for wanting to RECEIVE what she paid for, that this was "supposed" to be an ATM for ya and God forbid ya gotta, ya know, do something on your side.

Also point out that the lease states that the deposit is due at signing...or if you have a lot of interest, simply tell them it has been 24 hours and as the deposit is due at signing and hasn't been received, the lease is voided.

You should NOT "help" the seller in certain circumstances, no matter how pure, sincere and full of Godly intentions you are, if they are in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure and live in the state of MD.

Simply doesn't make any sense.I have seen these guys typically have a hard money loan of $600k recorded, which translate to about $150/sqft. and that typically would also include their 'GC fee' already.

I would not be surprised due to the subjectivity of the JHA that a PM or landlord would simply forgo doing a criminal background check so they are not found in violation of the Human Rights Ordinance.
