@Zach LincolnGreat advice from @Ashish Acharya.Generally the easiest structure when first starting out is either to hold directly with great insurance (landlord and umbrella) or via an LLC that is taxed as a disregarded entity or partnership, also with great insurance.Definitely speak with your attorney and CPA before you implement anything.
