Best Bank for Landlords?

Hey all! I've been doing some searching for this (both on Google & here) and finding mixed/outdated information about what bank is best for a landlord. I bank with a credit union that doesn't offer great business banking, so looking at starting an account somewhere new. I just have a duplex now, so not scaling immediately and won't have a big initial deposit/maintained balance - ideally looking for something with a low monthly fee (or low required balance to disregard that), and where I can create a ton of sub-accounts easily enough. Ideally with strong e-capabilities. Any recommendations? (I'm in Connecticut if it matters)
