As a lender I get to see an abundance of things that may be of service to you.  

Arbitrage is an abundant source of opportunity for failure.

There are also abundant opportunities for small multi family and SFH.

Was wondering if any Charlotte investors have thoughts on the below question:Rental inventory seems to be abundant - tons of "luxury rental buildings" with new ones popping up all the time.

Also if you find people who truly want to help (I have learned if you are open and honest at RE meetups there will be an abundance of them) they will walk with you on the process and also be very valuable resources later in your RE journey. 

While we’d all like to believe we possess those traits and skills in abundance, the reality is that many, if not most of us do not.

Not only that but there is an abundance of renters out there.

Location may narrow to less than a handful.It may be better pursuing duplexes (abundant) or up to 16 units.Living in a unit is fine if it is temporary, but it is really is not ideal.
