Hey Stephen,

Native Charlottean here. I focus almost exclusively on single family homes and I buy in the counties around Charlotte for myriad reasons but most of my holdings are in Waxhaw and Fort Mill. Depends on what you're looking for, of course, but having lived here my whole life I get the best tenants in the Metro region.
