I’ve been looking in B+ neighborhoods for the most part and have gone back and forth about flying down when I decide on where I’m going to invest. 

And management is going to be quite active.I have been BRRRR-ing for over a decade and in the current market the "B" does not work so well anymore with ultra-low inventory, but on the positive note we appreciation has become a major component, so we target neighborhoods that look well in that category.

Many B's are becoming C's these days.

Have 3 VRBO bookings so far and only 1 has successfully synched across all platforms, which had me almost double book dates on Airbnb...still can't block those dates b/c I have to do it on Guesty and they're blocked on there but it's not synching w/ Airbnb.

These are all considered B areas, but they vary street to street.
