Visually inspect: Roof, Under sinks, Look at the water heater and hvac for signs of age/wear, look at piping stacks, look for code violations, look at the electrical system, flip light switches, flush toilets, turn sinks on, look at the foundation. 

@Curt Davis @Robert Obniski Curt-  I think you missed the part where he is buying a wholesaled HUD home so if the original person who won the HUD bid is passed the 15 day period he will not be able to inspect the pool or any systems(except visually) and if going by the letter of HUD rules shouldn't be at the property at all except with the wholesaler's agent presentRobert-  How is title being conveyed to you ?

I am very much a visual person, and think the pictures would jog my memory best. 

I'm sure I'm not the only one using some self-help tips to be more successful.Today I did something very fun that really got me extremely motivated to commit and take action on my real estate investing goals and dreams.If you have ever been stuck or fearful to move forward, every other guru you meet will tell you to visualize your goals as complete, everyday.

If you want to go the template route, then you can purchase an Oregon specific assignment contract, or any other form you can possibly think of, from Stevens-Ness - some of them have very old language in them though... 

I took a few seminars with Rich Dad looking into how to get started but I am a visual learner that needs to do some hands on work.

However, your logo is literally the visual embodiment of your brand.

With such a visual plan, while you are feeling impatient and amassing your funds, you have the comfort/knowledge of seeing the proactive steps you've taken along the way and know you're better today than yesterday. 

Now visualize that in an elevator!  

I prefer reading books and information via audio (such as podcast) and visuals helps a lot.
