Hi, did you start your virtual property management company?

This is virtually the same as being a landlord, but you would market it to people who intend on becoming homeowners and additionally provide them with an option to purchase your home straight out after they have had time to become credit worthy.

I want to be able to house hack the property (live virtually rent free, while tenants pay mortgage and other non repair related expenses) as well as create sizable cash flow (minimum 1k per month) which would be reinvested into buying more real estate.

We have another thing that makes the US the greatest country on earth and that is the freedom to pilot our own machines virtually anywhere anytime in the US.. and you could not get much prettier place in the US to fly than your neck of the woods...

I've found one title company so far but would like any referrals especially since I'll be virtual wholesaling.Thanks guys, talk to you soon!

There's a lot of ways to skin s cat with the virtual stuff.  

Looking at starting non-profit, but want to leverage technology.Would like to have meetings virtually with the stakeholders that are out of town, what is good and affordable?
