I was born and raised in Maryvale, and currently live in South Mountain village.  

When looking in the Bronx, look in Throgs Neck, Country Club, Morris Park, Indian Village, Pelham Bay and Pelham Gardens.

I was hoping someone could tell me what to expect when it comes to permits or village requirements.
