Currently I teach a military course in which students consistently come through 300 days out of the year.

The enrollment has probably gone up ~50% in the last 20 years.Some schools are limiting the amount of students and are making it harder to get in.

Remind the tenet that this isn't grounds to break the lease, and that there is a process to get rid of people like the next door neighbor. comfort her and tell her the police will take care of it and if it needs to get civil urge her to take action.

Continually rising student debt perhaps?

Just finished college in May & I’ve got a solid & stable full time job without any student loan debt.

About $4k on those.I have not yet started on my student loans which will be $380 a month.

My biggest challenge i am facing right now is that with my wife being stationed here in hawaii and myself not wanting to start my investing in such an expensive market here paired with me being a full time student right now I dont have an income.

@Ricky Ozbirn, are you saying that he could walk from college with only $20k in student loan debt?
