I got a quote for $17k to $19k for a full updated, fully occupied building.I thought this seemed double what I should be paying.

Hi everyone, Just giving some official notice that Knox REIA is under new management as of 8/7/24 and we're in the process of finishing the new, updated website. 

Add the monthly cost of keeping the website fresh and updated for SEO, adding new content to keep prospects coming back, and when volume warrants paying people to answer live calls and filter through the calls.  

i haven't updated my numbers in a bit, but over the next 10 years, assuming zero percent appreciation, my rents will pay down >$600K in equity. 

Rentometer is not a very reliable source, especially for nicer and updated units.

Update: The technician came by today, and it will be necessary to cut a portion of the ceiling to access the pipes in order to pinpoint the origin of the leak.

This involved new windows, tile, refinishing cabinets, adding a bathroom, updating a front porch, and several other things to bring this property back to life.
