They have I believe monthly events.Also this coming April, Lancaster, PA is planning to host a Real Estate Hackers conference (postponed from Spring 2020) where I'm sure you can connect with local investors and see what other smaller REI groups exist in the area.

When I work with House hackers in Colorado Springs we definitely talk about how if it doesn't scare you a little bit and it's not hard it probably also won't be that financially or emotionally rewarding. 

Having a good CRM system is key in wholesaling, as you can market all that you want, but if you don't have a good system to track them and follow up, you will lose a lot of good deals.I built a phenomenal automated wholesaling and CRM platform through Podio that I call Wholesale Hacker.

The only good ones I've seen are starting to reach $400k which is way out of price range for a lot of FHA Bigger Pockets house hackers.

A trap a lot of house hackers get into is viewing their portion/unit as free or discounted rent/mortgage.
