It has been such a success that I may go this route for the new units we are finally acquiring as investment properties.There are resources of BP and YouTube about hosting Airbnb, also be sure to check the law in your town. 

I have not even started on this, I am reading books, watching youtube, and now discovered this form to learn.for someone just starting out. is it a good year to do so?

I was listening to someone on Youtube talk about their favorite investment rental, and they mentioned that they heard a Walmart was moving in up the road, which was a big factor in them buying.

If you search on Youtube through the bigger pockets channel I do believe there are some videos on multifamily and podcasts.

I'm sorta excited to get into this, and who knows maybe I'll create a YouTube channel of my journey!

One day about 3-4 months ago I ran across a YouTube video for talking about obtaining financial freedom through buy and hold strategies and I began researching this strategy.

Ive read the 8 chapter beginners guide, talked to few individuals and watched some videos, and of course the youtube sensations without naming names.  

I have done many listening sessions on YouTube with a gentleman who owns over 4,000 apartments and I have learned very much from him about apartment housing and believe his preaching that is negative about household rental units is fairly good and believable. .I agree about the unoccupied units in SFH's is much more negative when a vacancy happens versus one unit in an apartment complex. 

I would like to start out close by where i live which is the Orlando-Kissimmee area here in Florida but Im open to learn and discuss about other markets as well since I want to invest and build my protfolio nationally later on.I have no experience on REI besides the knowledge gained from bp, youtube, etc.

I am very very new to real estate investing (been listening to a couple of episodes of bigger pockets over youtube).My main goal is to start building a second income, and buy more real-estate assets over time. i was think about buying a single/duplex with a friend together as my first investment will be a good start for me. i live in Israel. and real-estate here is very expensive here and its require a big investment just for my first asset, also the return rates are very very low.so my question is what do i need to do .- Do i need a back account in the US.
