I have a small source of money for investing, not tons, that's without borrowing, a friend who is a contractor and has done huge projects (movie theaters, salons, hospitals, etc) in Cincinnati and other areas, a few other connections and just as important, the hunger!

Maybe the powerful Realtor lobby can make non-agent sales extinct.

I know the hotel business in a lot major cities really frowns upon people undercutting their business model & they've successfully lobbied in a lot of places to get them outlawed (or enforced).

I've heard of PI claims where a pizza delivery person got into an altercation with another tenant in the lobby of the building, and the suit tried to lead back to the tenant who ordered the pizza - but was protected by their renter's insurance policy.

The other, and possibly even more fundamental to reducing barriers for opportunities to let people prosper, is implementing sound budgetary practices.By reducing government spending through things like freezing new hires and pay raises and placing a moratorium on incurring any new taxpayer-funded debt, there are plenty of opportunities to cut taxes.Local governments should volunteer for third-party audits to determine where areas of waste can be eliminated along with expensive lobbying contracts and longevity pay.

Don't know that one............I belong to the  Wa LL Association and that has been outstanding..........support, advice, they lobby politicians, forms, meetings in non covid times etc.
