Challenges?

My partner and I both have 9-5 jobs with mine requiring work travel, so it has been a challenge attending local meet-ups regularly; which is why I am so glad this platform exists to help us network!

This is only one of the challenges of adding ADUs.   

While initial challenges, such as slower-than-expected casino development and tenant delays, impacted early performance, the property has stabilized and is performing well.

However, I've always believed that "confidence is built through taking action, especially when facing a fear or challenge."

Both options have their own challenges.

Being a bit newer in the space will come with some challenges there but it's possible for sure. 

All that building that's happening means more supply which equals lower rents.
