It is a very informal meet up with no set agenda or speaker, but focuses more on networking and individual interactions.

A few things I did to improve turnout & quality:Always have a topic or a speaker that makes people think "I can't miss this!!!"

The networking is good and there are speakers at the monthly meeting that have covered topics from pets, eviction, taxes, opportunity zones and so on.
