We nearly replaced our dishwasher due to the soap we had used for years no longer working effectively.

Will:How we are responding depends upon the particular situation.1) For lease terms ending in April or May (which are not renewing) we are politely saying "no" to any early releases.2) If the anniversary date is May 01 or June 01 and tenants and the leases are renewing (tenants did not serve notice of termination 3+ months in advance) we are telling them we will revisit the situation once we have a better idea on how prolonged the restrictions will be and whether the Universities fall session is in question.  

Keep furniture away from the walls, open windows/use fan in the bathroom, wipe mildew with a warm/hot water and antibacterial soap solution, etc.Although I agree the dollar amount is so small it’s not really worth a fight.

One rain cleans the panels, they should never have "special soap" on them and you can turn a hose on them yourself in the morning or at night. 

One bad landlord doesn't mean all are bad, just like one bad tenant doesn't mean all are bad.I will get off my soap box now.

The window to fire them without penalty is 30 days prior to anniversary.

@Pamela McClelland First, congratulations to you and your husband on 20th anniversary!

I proof-read everything (taking this to an extreme, I found a typo in the ingredients list on a bottle of laundry soap this past weekend).I will probably apply, but I'm curious if anyone has any experience with them.  

My wife, Monalisa and I just celebrated our 24th anniversary.
