I was thinking so too, the income still vastly exceeds the expenses anyway. 

I am looking to add a 2nd investment property to my portfolio but I have no cash to do so.

At the very least you might get feedback so you can see what they liked or didn't like about the site.  

We are cementing our growth strategy as a local and regional builder and looking to grow into subdivision development so we control more land but wanted to seek advice in the forums about this.
