The signal to us is that they ARE making the change, buut they won't advertise their prosition.

When this occurs, it us usually a signal that I need to keep a closer watch on the property.

Amtrak blows horns in major urban areas, regardless of if theres warning signals and gates at the road intersections. 

Does this signal that they know something we do not know, and are trying to dump everything now

We also were not able to text or call from there, even with added services from Verizon as the signals are not that good.  

When I called back in the evening, the number returned a busy signal without being able to leave a message. 

One thing in the article that I thought was interesting was that when a major company puts a DC in a town it signals that the town is stable and other companies see it as less risky to setup shop there.Sounds like it might be good time to buy RE in Midlothian.  :-)
