Most quality GC's are already busy and none will want to go room by room. 

@Carlos Quiros  First make sure it is an apples to apples comparison, same scope of work, permit pulling, same quality finishes. 

These might sound like standard Mortgage Broker qualities, but I can assure you they are not.
