I've very interested in your progress inside the NO market.

Stephanie Dupuis Here in metro Atlanta most MH parks where bought by corp owners who progressively converted all rentals to ownership as a means of getting rid of problems (take note).

I'm sure I'll have questions as I progress in the process.

For the most part I'm venting here, but I'd love to know how many of you who are years into this and running a successful REI business for your selves, A) at the beginning felt like throwing your hands into the air, and B) what you did to keep your self from getting broken down by the difficulties starting out.To give a little context here...I have been feeling really great about the progress I've made of the last 6 months.

So I sold it for a small profit.So I guess I'm at 1 flip so far with a bunch more in progress...

I'm a long way from being an expert at it but my progress has allowed me to keep a full time engineering job and flip one house roughly every two months.

As things progress and I'm able to take advantage of these cash purchase deals I'll look to create some cash flow.

Is the Economic Development Office progressive and helpful?
