There is a schedule of windows when they will return to each property and tenants are responsible to have moved their vehicles prior.  

Did you post lawful signage to allow towing of unauthorized vehicles?

Clear guidelines for tenant acceptability are important.Automobile exposure is generally limited to hired non-owned but may include service vehicles.

(not kidding) If you would like an exemption, you would have to get a SEC attorney to exempt you through a carefully planned PPM/a REIT or other vehicle.
