How were you able to have photos of this?

I have already gone ahead and taken photo's of everything.

(Ex: Bad photos, weak descriptions, bad guest communication leading to poor reviews, etc.)So because of that, I would say choosing good management could be crucial to your receiving a high ROI.

I am not suggesting this is the only issue but I have seen some listings in the area with horrible photos online which usually is the first impression.

Here's a suggested system:123 Sample Street     - Property          - Receipts          - Invoices          - Photos and Video          - Other documents     - Tenants          - 2015-01-15 Move in - John and Jane Smith          - 2016-01-15 Move out - John and Jane Smith          - 2016-02-01 Move in - Jack Squat     Every file should be named with "DATE - PURPOSE - LOCATION - NAME" which will enable you to find things using the search feature.

I got an IRATE call from another agent, furious that I had used her photos for the listing (I hadn't). 

I made an offer with all of the photos, comps and documentation for a cash purchase at the then current value.

Can I officially be nominated for the dummy of the year on this one?
