Peruse around there and see where the cash flow is and then of the areas that cash flow, look more specifically at the cities themselves and see how you feel about them.That's how I'd do it at least.

I've been perusing the Marketplace, and while there are some labeled "Archived" there are others still listed for sale that look like decent deals, but will be 10 months old or more.
