Looking to buy my First property

Hey everyone.

I've become very passionate and decided I want to peruse a real estate career. Rental properties and house hacking are particularly the avenues I'm looking at. Currently serving active duty in the US Navy down in San Diego , originally from Orange County California. I want to take advantage of the VA loan that has been offered to me (0 down). I recently got approved for a 250k loan and I'm just seeking some insight from anyone with experience. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated !!
