Next time I would at least do the initial showing- it can really be a very rewarding experience after all of that hard work.

That said, @Brandon Turner has said on numerous podcasts and in his books that he likes to present several options to the seller in his offers.

Getting that voice takes work, just as learning useful things also takes work.But if the numbers rather than the names attached to the votes matter all that much to someone, I don't think real estate is going to be a very rewarding field for that person.

I would look at the rewards offered by the home improvement store you use.
