Good Morning, I have been listening to several podcasts and reading about real estate investing heavily the last few weeks trying to find the answer to a simple question. 

This property has the potential to be a cash flow machine.Now I’m sitting here the next morning after looking at the property arguing in my own head whether or not I should just go ahead and make an offer and for how much.

I think most primary residences feel that way just because there is always something to fix or improve, but especially in a market like San Diego just going to bed at night and waking up the next morning tends to mean property appreciation. 

Tomorrow morning since the cc is used with Navy Federal I'm going to see if they can offer me a HELOC since the rental property is purchased in my name and it has no mortgage,100% equity.

While doing my morning jog I came across a multi family property...what avenue would anyone suggest I take to find out who owns the property?
