Otherwise, you'd need to based the financing based off of the purchase price (possibly plus renovation).Since Conventional rates change daily and the rates have jumped recently, DSCR rates actually are in similar range at the moment.

We've had 3 in the past 4 months where out of state clients bought homes in the 70 - 78k range we rented them for $995 - 1150 but they usually get under contract in 3 or 4 days at most.

Our median price is 220k for the city, 325k for the total area with more and more neighborhoods topping out in the million-dollar range.

Hello real estate broker said property will be up for sale under market value 2 bedroom coop in Woodside, NY area in the 400k range value range for a fixed up same apt is listed and sold 545k same size 950sf to remodel all of apt am assuming 50k cosmetic remodeling not in the walls.
