If you moved in this month then wait it out, or at least talk to the LL and see if he would be willing to let you go after the holidays.If you've been there for 1 or 2 years and just resigned, again talk to your LL.

There are a few things to consider:- likely the criteria he has sent you matches your search needs that the MLS is missing (MLS relies on manually inputted data.
