I have a lawyer and protecting my identity isn’t anything to be shamed of especially on the internet. 

What advice do you have for securing one's rehab project in Baltimore city (i.e reducing or preventing the incidence of theft or break-ins)?

there was always a retired Police officer on site to check IDs .. no one went in without ID being presented .. this cut down thefts to almost nothing.Just like your saying most of these thefts are done by someone known.. in this case it was the workers who just put that water heater in and then were coming back at night and stealing the friggin thing ..  

Good afternoon BP,I have a triplex with three detached units that are all identical.

But, it doesn't sound too good to be true, as we have almost identical plans here in the US. 

Most probably want the appraisal but I have a property that is a condo and they were able to see what another identical unit sold for and used that.

The appraiser did the same thing, but went 2+ miles out (into 44109) to find identical properties for the comparable approach. 

I've had a couple of Section 8 applicants who are telling me that the amounts the housing authority is allowing are much lower (15 -20% lower) than what I am currently being paid by Sec 8 for other identical units.
