There are running trails and gyms everywhere, there are lakes all over for water sports so it's nicer than where we are from. 

I'm up and in the gym by 5, home and showered by 6:30, make breakfast and send my wife off to work by 7:15, then I knock out my menial tasks (email/voicemail follow ups, etc.) and by 8 or so I'm ready to do whatever it is I need.  

Consistency... who will make more results in a gym... the person who lifts weights for 5 hours, 10 random times... or the person who only has 10 minutes a day but goes for a 10 minute jog, every single day, 7 days a week for six months?

Everyone thinks I'm working hard when they see dirty work clothes.When I'm meeting with retail buyers and seller, I drive my Lexus and put in some earrings.When I go to the gym, I wear my workout clothes.

So while there isn't anything "wrong" with gym membership, tithing, PG&E, and dental insurance being on there, I'd just be going through and deleting those items early in the process.If curious, I believe the thinking is that while someone in general isn't going to be worse off for paying off a credit card to qualify, we can't have people cancelling or downgrading their health insurance to qualify, or failing to uphold their religious obligations.

One corner of the house has a serious foundation issue, main stack should be replaced, flat roof needs serious work, major leaks in that moldy smelling bathroom (we found gym shorts wrapped around the toilet drain and subsequently sprayed with flex-seal, OMG).

It's the commute to the grocery store, church, gym, friends, relatives, pretty much anywhere you want to go.

There doesn't seem to be any amenities - no pool, no gym, no billiards. 

I literally listen to it all day at work, on the way home from work, and even while working out at the gym on my headphones.

Since you don't want to burden them with a lack of hot water for longer than a day or so ("Can you take a shower at your gym?")
