I'm up and in the gym by 5, home and showered by 6:30, make breakfast and send my wife off to work by 7:15, then I knock out my menial tasks (email/voicemail follow ups, etc.) and by 8 or so I'm ready to do whatever it is I need.

So while there isn't anything "wrong" with gym membership, tithing, PG&E, and dental insurance being on there, I'd just be going through and deleting those items early in the process.If curious, I believe the thinking is that while someone in general isn't going to be worse off for paying off a credit card to qualify, we can't have people cancelling or downgrading their health insurance to qualify, or failing to uphold their religious obligations.

One corner of the house has a serious foundation issue, main stack should be replaced, flat roof needs serious work, major leaks in that moldy smelling bathroom (we found gym shorts wrapped around the toilet drain and subsequently sprayed with flex-seal, OMG).
