Apartments are "easier" than SF homes from a maintenance standpoint (no grass to cut, gutters to clean, etc.)  

Obvious signs like overgrown grass, no signs of anyone living in property.

In my experience this site's all star professionals favor self starters who can and will get after it, while folks who need to be spoon fed get eaten alive by the gurus and salesmen who spot a mark.

I believe, however, that if the Fed starts raising rates and they see falling real estate prices, they'll cut rates immediately once again.

Is it just due to inventory is coming more and more or it Fed also indicating Interest rates will go up as they said before they wont go up till 2022.

We don't have any homes that have vinyl siding that low, normally that stops about 2 or 3' off the ground.Honest question, how are they supposed to trim the grass next to the house and not cause damage like you are seeing?

My LTRs - cut the grass in the summers and make sure HVAC filters are getting changed out.
