That you can secure CONTROL and MONITIZATION of a property via a fractional capital outlay vs it's market value, better known as a down payment.     

Partner effectively, focus on securing your first deal, and build savings and credit.

Hi @Sanya WuNot sure if there is a way to verify payment history but I would also ask about the security deposit and make sure that gets transferred to you during closing!
