Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

I am not sure what everyone on this thread's experience with syndications are, and I have not invested with Spark Rental Investments.When I look at their portfolio, I see several properties owned and operated by Rise 48, and a couple quick google searches show they are not the primary group behind a couple others.  

I plan to initially focus my search for an investment property in that area and would like to get a firm grasp on the management side of things before I dive in looking at properties.I have done a fair bit of Google-fu and can't seem to come up with any hits down that way.

I'm using loopnet, crexi, google maps, various websites that sell commercially zoned land - I generally leave the filters open for property type - I don't care what is existing as long as the zoning is right.

(If you are going to do this right I would say $5K a month and look into incoming lead sources like facebook and google pay per click.)Good Investing...

I recommend networking with other investors and asking for personal recommendations, using companies (not individuals) with strong reviews on Google, etc.

Q4 2022 was the best time to buy though, for example 3/1 in sunnyvale located next to google office listing for 999k, comp is 2Mil.Recently sold flipped in 95051 has gross profit of half million dollar just for 3/2 setup.Bay Area is the best market for everything for folks with strong business acumen, opportunity is everywhere.These homes are usually purchased long time ago and the current senior owner can't no longer maintain the house, the story is very similar from one to another.

I would get a google voice number to give out to tenants because I can control when they rings and when I receive messages etc.

They charge only $499/0% listing  commission or just Google Flat Fee Listing.
